Master’s Student Imoto Wins Outstanding Paper Award at the Pattern Measurement Symposium

Imoto, a second-year master’s student, gave an oral presentation at the 30th Pattern Measurement Symposium organized by the Pattern Measurement Technical Committee of the Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (SICE). For this presentation, he received the FY2025 Outstanding Paper Award from the Pattern Measurement Technical Committee.
